Daoyin Qigong – Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong

Professor Zhang Guangde of Beijing Sports University undertook a deep study of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular the methods of Daoyin and developed “Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong”. His method of medical Qigong has been officially recognised by the Ministry of Health in China and is used by hospitals and sanatoria there. Professor Hu Xiao Fei, Professor Zhang Guangde’s primary assistant, has distinguished himself in Daoyin and now also creates his own sequences.

Strengthen the body to support the lungs. This Daoyin sequence was created by Professor Hu Xiaofei from Beijing Sports University to help us all counteract pneumonia and respiratory problems during the Covid 19 outbreak. Demonstrated by Professor Hu Xiaofei with Peng Xiangji and Yang Shuai.

Foundation Exercise for Health created by Professor Zhang Guangde and Professor Hu Xiaofei summarises their decades of traditional Chinese health study and practice. It combines the wisdom of inner alchemy and the methods of Chinese medical science. These exercises lay good foundations for Qigong and Daoyin practice, improving the feelings of Qi in the body and promoting good health.
